I'm trying to emboss a honeycomb pattern on the part highlighted. I don't think it will work but are there any workarounds or other ideas? It doesn't have to be the entire highlighted part, it could be just the middle. Looking to add strength and better cosmetics to that area. Thank you

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Thanks, John. Model attached

I'm aware the timeline is in rough shape. It was a small part that evolved into a much bigger job. I'll clean it up when it's finalized.

Is the sketch profile, you want to Emboss included in the model?  If so, which one is it.

You did not reply as to the sketch you wanted to Emboss so I created one.  An Emboss on the inside surface you indicated does not see to be an issue.  Model attached.

I didn't get that far. I was just going to do a basic honeycomb pattern.

Actually, click undo on that file and it will pull up my test honeycomb pattern.

Thanks, John. I think my honeycomb pattern was causing the issue. I'll adjust it and follow your instructions. Thanks again

Undo is not available on an exported file so I cannot see the honeycomb sketch.
