Component projection incomplete and prevents offseting

I'm trying to project a silhouette  tracing of component but for some reason the silhouette is incomplete in certain areas and prevents simple offset function from being used.

Any advice please? I'm working with a very limited skill set, thanks.

Is the other side of the part flat? If it is manually pick around the edge rather than projecting the body. The fillets are going to be hard to get edges from using silhouette. You haven't shown a side view but another option you could try is create an offset plane through the part and use intersect from the project menu.

Thanks for taking a look.

I did end up taking your suggestion. I had to hide some of the bodies so that I could get a decent intersecting plane and do it from the opposite side, but it looks like it worked.
