Component Corner Joint Overlap Issue

I want to put 4 x right-angle feet onto the base of the TV stand, each with a miter-joint. 3 of the 4 feet are correct (seamless 45 degree miter). The front right foot has (what seems to be) an overlapping but-joint (see picture) that I can't remove. Help is greatly appreciated.

Here is your model with the corrected foot.  If you would like to know how I did it, just let me know.

By the way, I was noticing you have not added any assembly Joints.  Do you have something else in mind?

Hi John, many thanks (as always), for your valued support. I am still relatively new to fusion and use it to do my woodworking designs. I have not taken the step to incorporate joinery. For this project, I am using dowel joints and splined joined miter joints. Any help/guidance/reference material/tips on advancement into the fusion 360 joinery world would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks John
