Compensating for lathe taper

Hi,
I have a redneck lathe that is turning a bit of a taper (about 0.003" per 1"), and I can not adjust the lathe. I also can not compensate for taper in software because I use Universal G Code Sender and grbl - did I mention redneck?
I want to ask if there is a way to compensate for taper in Fusion 360 after the turned body has already been designed? I am trying to find something like a scaling where I get to specify different scaling factors at the two ends of the turned part, or maybe a way to project a turned body on a cone space.
At the end of the day, I could design my parts to account for the taper, but if the taper changes, I'd have to redesign everything and I am trying to avoid that.
thanks in advance to anyone willing to help,
Cosmin
