Combine two bodies to one, but just keep material, which both bodies has

Hi,

i want to combine two bodies, with the exact same size to, but with holes on different positions, to one body, where i just keep the holes, which are on both bodies. The rest should be filled with material. I tried it with simple extrude and combine, but it won't work with bodies, which has holes on every side. 

Background is i need to figure it out for my masterthesis, where i will combine the output of ten topology optimizations. Hope someone of you could help me with a wise tip!

Combine with type set to Intersect does what I think you need:
