Closing the gap in an 'A'

Hi there, I'm sure this is an easy solution but I'm completely new to CAD in general and F360 in particular.  Made a block of 'letters' and it worked perfectly except for the inner portion of the A - I can't get it to 'fill in'.  The small parts of the B worked and the D as well (as you can see from the image of the finished product) but the A is a mystery.  Is there an easy way to do this, even by drawing a triangle possibly?

I did - that's how I created every letter.  But when I extrude at a negative value (to create a void rather than an extrusion) the small part of the A doesn't fill in.

It was the font.  I just tried it with Arial and it worked fine.  So something up with the particular font I was using I guess.

Would still be nice to know how to fill in that empty triangle if someone can offer an idea, but for the purposes of this piece it's solved.

That happens, make the extrusion of the negative value as a new body, then combine cut

that sometimes solves this

You can simply select the unwanted faces and delete them 😉

@TrippyLighting I guess he meant that the triangle is not appearing, and he want it to do so ( Faces that you deleted )

Explode the text, then either use the coincident command or extend/trim to close the geometry.
