Circular Pattern of object not working

Hello,

Created simple extruded object and when I create the circular pattern, I see the objects in all 4 positions, but when I click Ok, only parts of them are created. I have tried all the different options, but have it as adjust, still nothing. Simple extrude object, joint-cut object, a hole object, all the same result. 

In the photo, the red circle, none of the objects are created on either side. The yellow circles, these are created, but the opposite side is not. And green are the originals.

When creating pattern, I selected the feature from the timeline.

This is because patterns can only be applied to one body.
In your case, however, there are several.

Is there an alternative to create the pattern on all sides and bodies ?

It is of course better to create a box with all the features from the very beginning.

That makes sense. I just created this "on the fly", had to split into 4 pieces to 3D Print, then thought adding screws to support. It all went downhill from there.
