Circular Pattern - Keep distance

Hello dear fellow fusioneers,

i have created this simple shape because I was trying to get the pattern on the thicker part closer together without destroying the upper, thinner part. I know that this is possible because I have seen similar designs created with Fusion360, but not sure how.
This is a simple circular pattern with 30 multiplies. the more I chose, the more destroyed the thinner part on top looks. Help please

I'm not seeing "the more destroyed". Isn't this simply a maths question? The ratio it appears of thickest to thinnest on the flower pots is a lot smaller number than on your Aladdin's Lamp.

Your model does not look like the reference image that you supplied (grooves are not getting wider towards base).

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I made a 2nd, much thinner version but its still the same outcome, maybe my way of achieving this is wrong.

I project the shape of the model, offset 2mm to the inside, extrude symetrie 1mm and then circular pattern.

The top is as close as it can get but at the bottom there is still space for another pattern, see ref image.

None of your sketches are fully defined.

Are you ready to start over from scratch with step-by-step instructions?

Step 1.

Sketch this Rectangle...

Step 2

Add this Construction Line

Step 3.

Add this 3-Point Arc...

Do you observe any duplicated dimensions in my sketch?

Attach your progress file here for next set of steps.

Your sketch doesn't look like my sketch.

I toggled to Centerline while you toggled to Construction line.

I use Ø50 dimension while you use R25.

@info9BFML

Start the Dimension command.

Pick the Centerline.

Pick the lower left endpoint.

Fusion will automatically create a diametral dimension because you picked centerline.

Blue lines/curves should keep you awake at night.

Try click and drag the blue geometry.  What do you observe?

We could fix this, but I recommend you start over and follow the instructions exactly.

Follow Step 1-2-3 in order without skipping any steps.

If you get stuck at any step - stop and ask questions.

Add a little drama using a Surface Sweep, Split Face, and Pipe command:

That's a nice look.   A loft with carefully selected profiles can give a different look:
