Changing dimension does not reflect in solid body

Hello, I'm having an issue when modeling a frame consisting of sqaure tubing that is made up of multiple bodies. When editing a dimension on the main frame such as the width or length, other bodies attached to the main frame do not recognize this change and stay in there old position while the body that was edited does change size. Every body is constraint to the main frame which I find strange that these other bodies do not react to a change in dimension from the main frame. When going into sketch mode for these other bodies, I notice a green outline of the old position the main frame was before editing its size. From using Fusion for over 5 years, I've never seen these green sketch lines. Any idea on how to fix this?

From the pictures attached, the main frame is the body in the middle while the other pieces are bodies that attach to the main frame which are suppose to be connected. The other picture shows the sketch for the other bodies which shows the green sketch lines outlining the position of the previous main frame dimensions.

Green sketch articles are what is known as Fixed (padlock constraint)

If you didn't do it, then Fusion will do it to you when you Redefine a Sketch's Plane.

Parameters effecting that sketch green article will be ignored.

No file or pic with Browser and Timeline, limits accurate replies.

Might help...

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

All dimensions have a name (d*)What dimension in what sketch or feature do you want to change? (I tried a couple of random dimensions, and everything updated as expected.)

Edit: I found 3 sketches with Fixed (green) geometry.

You can select green Fixed geometry and toggle Unfix.

You will have to add appropriate dimensions.

I'm trying to change the width and length of the very first sketch.
