Chamfer in middle of a surface

I'm trying to model a group of tiles to 3d print.  As with a lot of tile designs each tear of tiles is offset half the length of the last tear.  How do I cut a .05 inch chamfer on these inside tiles?

Hi,

That could be solved like this.
However, this method is simpler, whereby you can select the individual edges instead of the faces.
