I am not able to mirror the attached BRep body for some reason.. Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached the .f3d file and Screencast for clarity.

Error message:

"Error: The operation could not create a valid result.
Try adjusting the values or changing the inputs."

I downloaded the model and tried but it didn't work out. So I tried it in Inventor (for providing you a temporary fix) but after mirroring and importing to fusion, solid body becomes surface.

How did you created the model? I can see a lot of sketches also but no applied features. Why was the sketches made for?

Fusion is not s good choice for doing anything to mesh files.  This is another good example of that.    In order to use mesh models successfully in a work flow with fusion, you need a very good understanding of working with mesh models.  Your not going to get that by working with them in the context of fusion.  Learning mesh modeling and manipulation in software designed foe mesh editing is where you want to learn about meshes.

A workaround would be to mirror the mesh first in something else (in this case mesh mixer), and bring that in instead.

see attached. But i don't advise this workflow.  The brep is a very heavy model and bogs down fusion.
