Cant delete overlapping in velocity stacks

Hello all

 

how do I delete the overlapping parts you see in the included pic? The idea is to have 4 velocity stacks without the parts the arrows are pointing at.

Without checking the file yet, 

first impression, is to Revolve > Cut, (x 4) the unwanted portions.

Bodies not Components, Moves, May complicate things.

Could you please write a procedure on how to do this? I'm new to fusion so it's not clear to me.

I wish I was that good when I was new to Fusion 360! I simply created a midplane through your 4 Bolt holes as I assumed they reflected Symmetry then I used that midplane to spit the solid bodies of the trumpets. I'll add my file shortly so you can delve into the Timeline.

You were working too hard, 

not sure if each stack has to be 3 pieces each, or they can be all joined into one body, 

Change the Revolve for the middle body to join if the first stack is to be one piece.

 

Step along the timeline to see a better workflow.

Your spacing is a little weird @ 79.883 mm apart.  Settings can be edited to nice numbers like 80mm

Blue lines and white dots should keep you awake at night and Move in the timeline is not recommended.

Fillets can be multiple selections for each size.

So you need a workplane, at half pattern spacing, and another one at pattern spacing from the first one,

Split body, select both trumpets, and the 1st cutting plane.  

Split the other side of the 2nd trumpet, same way.  

Remove the 3 off cuts, and then Mirror the first 2 sets, with the second Offset plane.
