Cannot select constrained sketch

I have 2 sketches, both are fully constrained and closed, but one of them will not select for extrudung/flanging, etc. the other one can. what could the possible reasons/solutions be for this??? Attached is the file.

You can only extrude planer profiles and your sketch is twisted. If you run plane through 2 edges you will find there are edges you can't select because they would form a twisted surface.

For example if you select the top edge like this you can't select the bottom edge.

Great! Thank you! I took the twist(s) out and things started working correctly.
