Cannot save to cloud...

Hi

I'm working on a project that I need to finish very soon, have been working 16 hours for 3 days and have only 3 days remaining..

I'm getting desperate! When online it says i have about 200MB of saves/files in for upload (many of the files for upload is the same file 10 times), but none of them finishes! and nothing is saved...!

I have gone over to offline mode only, but it is very hard and not simple to work in this workspace, afraid of loosing everything?

is it because of the 'server degraded' problems? (https://health.autodesk.com/)

I have tried to 'empty' or reset/delete the upload list from other threats, but it does not work...

if anyone knows anything or have any help it is surely appreciated!

Hi @Coscor_NPL,

I don't believe this is related to the service issue, but I will ask around. This seems more network related to be honest. It seems as if something is blocking the uploads from occurring to our servers. Can you please send me your diagnostic log files so I can take a deeper look. You can collect these in the help menu within Fusion 360 and then email them to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com.

Thanks,

HI @Coscor_NPL,

No problem, glad to help out! It looks like the issue is around a model you are creating named "1". Is this an important file to you/are you familiar with this model? I'm asking this information just so I can give an appropriate suggestions (for instance I don't want to suggest removing 1 from your upload queue UNLESS it is not important to you/you don't have an exported copy).

Thanks,

Hi again

'1' does not ring a bell... i'm willing to delete it...

right now I have saved my design (think it's all/only important thing i've been working on during the problem) in offline mode... if I delete a queue it does not delete offline right?

the reason is because I cannot export to .f3d because I have linked components inside

also i have tried to delete the LAK16 tool V1... it did nothing

Hi @Coscor_NPL,

Let's hold off on doing any deleting of files for right now while we investigate. I'm chatting with some members of development and we are trying to find what the issue is as well as a fix. As soon as I have more information (or need to ask you a question), I will reach out!

Thanks,

After some mails back and forth between autodesk and me we found the problem and tried to fix it...

Generally speaking it was a 'ghost' link that should have been deleted in the file that was the problem (found through dianostics)

what we did was in simple terms use the 'fusion text console' to look for links in the file and afterwards delete it...

I'm just writing this so that if anybody else know that this was fixed, can track back to this case

YAY! thanks!
