cannot save anything

The save option is always grayed out.  Attempting to save anything generates an error message: "Fusion 360 is synchronizing the data with cloud storage.  Please try again in a moment.", and when trying to export, "In order to work offline, we need an up to date list of your projects.  Please return online to automatically refresh the list."  Except that the drop down menu shows that I am online.  Have tried multiple restarts, have reset all preferences to default.  Still the same behavior.

Hi @Anonymous,

Very sorry to hear you're having these problems. Can you please share your Diagnostics log files so we can investigate the issue? You can get them from the Top right Help menu.

Are you replying to this thread with email, the reason I ask is because none of your attachment came through. You need to use the forum if you want to add attachments.
