Cannot Rotate objects as expected.

Hello, I am wondering is someone can help me by watching my video and possibly diagnosing the problems I am having when trying to modify a 3d pendant that was designed for me. I'm hopeful that this might be somewhat of an easy solution due to my inexperience in the program. However, I'm not encouraged as the designer insisted on using this program despite my inexperience and has now stopped communicating when these issues came to light. (although he had no problem taking quite a bit of my money in the process0

My hope is that I can have this problem pinpointed, to the extent possible, so that I may then take that diagnosis and attempt to find a designer more familiar with Fusion 360 and 3d printing to help me make the necessary repairs. I really do appreciate any help anyone can lend as I've spent quite a bit of time trying to figure this out.

Welcome to Fusion 360. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the designer. One thing for sure, you have come to the right place!

You have nothing to worry about, we are here to help. But first:

1. If you are planing yourself to continue develop your model, it is very important that you read about R.U.L.E #1!

2. Autodesk it's own screencast program, which you can find HERE and learn how to install and use it HERE.

3. If you could attach the file, so we can take a look at it, it will be very helpful. On how to export an f3d file, you can read HERE.
