Cannot re-register for 'Enthusiast' membership, due in 5 days time

Hi,

My first 12 month free membership expires 16/11 and I'm now receiving reminders to renew, as an an Enthusiast, by clicking on the blue rectangle at the top of the Fusion UI. I'm happy to receive the reminders but the problem I have is that there is no blue 'Term ends in x days' rectangle at the top right of the screen. Nor can I extend my membership by logging into my Autodesk Account.

Any advice you can offer please ? I wish to retain my 'Enthusiast' registration for the next 12 months.

Happy to supply any detais you may require.

Kindest Regards,

Lyndon

Hi @Anonymous,

This may seem like an odd question, but will November 16th mark a full year since you've purchased Fusion 360, or is that what it is telling you? I was on the phone with a guy earlier who mentioned that he received an email saying his subscription will run out by Nov 16th as well (yet he bought a 3 year license in March). He also did not have the countdown ticker like you mentioned. Just figured I'd check and see if you were in the same boat or not.

Thanks,

No James, this will be the end of my first years membership, so a legitimate request I guess.  I have an Enthusiasts membership so no charges apply, just need to renew.

Must have been fixed James. Deadline passed and I'm still an active Enthusiast !

This is a very capable product, keep up the good work. Also nice to see a Team who actively engages with its User Community.
