Cannot open fusion

Hi. Sorry I realise this is a category for design however there is no forum for problems and/or troubleshooting.
Last time I used Fusion 360 I must for some reason have set it to offline mode, probably unwittingly. I have just tried opening it a number of times and get a pop-up that says "You have been working in offline mode for more than the allowed period of 2 weeks. Please connect to the internet and login to your A360 account to continue." I click ok and the program just automatically closes itself off. I've signed into my account on the fusion website, I can't see anything about activity etc. or anything to sort the issue. Am I missing something or has Fusion just bricked itself?
