Cannot open file from browser

Can't open one of my files from the browser. I get an error coad saying it's currently being saved and is unavailable. The loading simple just keeps going and hasn't been available for a couple days. Need to get this back because I have deadlines..

It sounds like you´re running into Network connection issues.

It would be great if you could share a bit more information with us.

4. Share your "System information" and use the article Here
6. Do you have any Anti-Virus Software installed on your Operating System?
8. Do you access the internet through Proxy restricted network?

We´ll be able to find more information about the root cause of the issue in the log files.
