Cannot move sketch - why?

See below, I have not placed any anchors in the sketch and although most parts are related I cannot move it (the big triangle) , what is stopping it move? I've tried the move command and dragging neither work.

Thanks for the reply, any options to do this without sharing the file? What would be the method to find out why it can't move - the fact it's blue means its not fixed right?

The reason could be any number of things from sketch constraints, fixed geometry, projected geometry, etc.  Without the model you are expecting the forum users to tell you the reason from a picture, that is not realistic.  Please share your model if you want an answer.

Locate the unintended projection(s).  I would start with the obvious one first.
