Cannot move project

I accidentally created a sub-folder and was storing designs in it (drawings, for what they're worth, and models). I decided to have a bit of a tidy up and wanted to move some of these projects to the folder they should be in. I moved most of them, however some can't be moved, and I get the spinning wheel of death on the file. The destination folders in the Move To pop-up are also greyed out.

Some of these projects I've been working on recently, others haven't been opened for a while. It doesn't seem to make any difference there. Occasionally I can't delete models as it says the model is in use, but if I open that project and close it again I can delete it. In this case I've tried to open the projects, even make a slight change, and close them again and it doesn't make any difference either. Absolutely does not want to even think about moving them.

Not sure what to try next?

Ben I'm not sure I could make it any clearer in a screencast. I want to move files around and they won't move. Not much else to say or see I'm afraid.

Well, if I were you and it's something I was able to-do before. Then i will start with Clear user cache data.

Give it a try and if it helps.

Best Regards / Ben

Ben, fortunately I looked this up before going ahead, and this is the information I have on your suggestion.

Warning: This process may delete files that have not yet synced to the Autodesk 360 dashboard. If the files are not synced, this command may permanently delete the last saved version of the design, leading to data loss. Use this cache-clearing process with caution. It is a good idea to create a local archive file (take a backup prior to clearing the cache).

It is true, but I'm assuming your files are synched with the cloud! If they are, then it shouldn't be a problem. I have done that many time, and I haven't lost anything.

This is just a suggestion. But of course it is your decision to make!

Best Regards / Ben
