Cannot login due to restricted internet access.  What sites do I need to have open?

Are you using a proxy server? If so, please refer to this article to add sites to your proxy and firewall exclusions.

 

If that does not work, please attach your log files to your next Forum post. To gather your log files, please refer to this procedure.
