Cannot Invite (disabled)

Could anyone advise why the 'Invite' button and the 'Enter email addresses' field are disabled?  I've not needed this function in the past, but I do now.

I did browse the forum for solutions, but the only one that seemed to have the same issue, showed a reply of "This is now sorted", but didn't mention what the solution was.

The process I would use is shown in the Animated GIF.  If you have a further problem, attach a video of your process.

On the Data Panel - 'People', I don't see anything like the one shown in the animation.  I get 'Enter email addresses' and 'Invite', but both are disabled.

If you select the "down caret" do you see "Find Hubs" at the bottom.  I have joined a few teams from invitations so I have a list of these, you probably only have one.  The point I am trying to make is "Are you actually using a Team Environment or are you still on Single User Storage?"  Take a screenshot of you Data Panel after you select the "down caret" beside your name shown in your attached screen capture.

I guess I'm in 'Single User Storage'. I only need to connect to one colleague, so do I need to add a 'Team', or can this be done in Single User?

I'm curious as to why the 'Invite' button and 'Enter email addresses' are disabled.

From your last screen capture, you are using a Team Environment.  I do not know why you do not get the same panels I get when selecting People.  I would suggest you try the second method of inviting members to your Team.  In the video I go over this method, give it a try.

Thanks for the video John. I definitely selected the correct folder that I want to share, then I clicked 'Open on the Web', but on the top left hand side, it still shows the Main Folder, whereas yours shows the full directory structure. Something isn't quite right.
