Cannot Apply Face to Separate Component

Attempting to copy the face of the smaller component onto the top face of the larger component, shown below. I imported the smaller component from a separate file. I am trying to apply that face's design multiple times over the larger component.

Please attach your model so the forum users can try and assist you.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

I hope I have understood your request and copied the faces you desired.  It is very important to create this as a model pattern as a sketch pattern will not only drive you up the wall but bog down Fusion 360 as well.  Model is attached with a different name.  Follow along with the timeline and the Screencast.  Make sure you set the Rectangular Pattern to "Optimized" to make it perform better.

Hi,
Go to align tool from the modified portion of the tool bar and align them>> select rectangle pattern and pattern them.
Thank you.
