Can't select previous versions of a project

For some reason, I cannot select or load previous versions of my projects. 

I can expand the version history list, I can look through them, but I cannot select any of them (meaning the drop-down on the right that would let me load that version does not appear). 

If I click on "view details on web," I can select the previous version and see it in the browser, but if I click "open in desktop," it will open the latest version only.

Oh, I figured it out. It's a graphic glitch with the new "dark" mode. The drop-down buttons were invisible.
