Can't open my drawing anymore: Failed to download from A360

I haven't used Fusion 360 for about a year now.  Sorry, for the delay but I need to try and finish what I started now.  I double-click on my drawing and I get a very non-descript vague error message-->

A360 Error Message

Failed to download from A360

Click for more information

When I click, I get even less useful information-->

Failed to download file from A360

__

So where there another upgrade and now all my drawings have to be recreated?

Is there anyway to get at the old drawing?  Go back to a previous version of Fusion 360 that worked on the file or what do I need to do here?

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.  Can you try the deleting your cache?  To do this, go to the help menu (the one with the question mark) and select "Clear user cache data".   After you have finished that try and open the drawing again.  If you still cannot open the drawing, please close Fusion and reopen, and then use the "Diagnostic Log Files" command on the same help menu and send those to me (kris.berg@autodesk.com).

Thank you,

This problem just magically went away after about 2 hours.  The whole concept of the "cloud" version of the file using SAAS really doesn't work and/or your network/server reliability is extremely poor.
