Can't get a surface body to fillet

Hey guys, I'm working on a fairly complex surface model that I'm trying to get a fillet on an edge. I started with a T-spline surface, which I did some detail work on in the Patch workspace. Now I have a surface loft created in a hole I made in the t-spline surface that have been knitted together. Now I need to fillet the edge, and I can't get it to work. I get this error message:

Error: The fillet/chamfer could not be created at the requested size. This might be occurring at the ends of the selected edges.
Try adjusting the size or using multiple separate operations. Check that the selected edge chain ends at a sensible position, and if not try selecting more edges.

Any help on this would be awesome. I can't get the fillet to go, which I'm pretty sure that it's what's holding me up from thickening the whole form.

Thanks,

Chris

@chriswarm

Can you share the model, I think I can help you get a fillet on that part.

Also the part that is probably causing you not to be able to thicken is the top. Usually a non-filleted model thickens easier then one with small fillets.

Thanks for the quick reply! What's the best way to get your info so I can share it with you?

Also, I tested the top part by thickening without the surfaces knit, and I could get it to thicken, so I'm 95% sure its these surface lofts that are causing the problem.
