Can't get a good toolpath to generate, 4th axis

Been stuck on the for a few days. This is something we usually laser etch into the part, but we were wanting to mill the font into the part now. I have tried it both with just 3 axis and adding the 4th axis rotary to it, but it fails to generate for a variety of reasons. A basic outline engrave will generate, but we wanted to pocket the text into the part .1mm deep ( can adjust the depth after seeing the actual results).

Any suggestions on tooling or help to get this back on track  is greatly appreciated!

You will want to take a look at the YouTube video.  I have attached your model with this method applied but your tool, I pick the existing tool, it tool large for most of the intricate curves in your text.  I used the extrusion depth of 0.1mm for the tool path. I did a more traditional text example, which is also attached, and you will see that it does complete job with the same diameter tool.  I set a deeper tool path to make it easier to see.

I was wondering if my post solved your issue?  I know, you may be confused, I am jhackney1950 but I made a mistake and used my other Forum login on your question.  I would like to hear if it worked out for you or not so maybe I can help further.

Yes with the smaller tool selected, it does seem to generate most of the toolpath of the model. Thank you.
