this seems to have been going on for a while. I can't delete files at times. I get the error there is a reference somewhere. I understand the reference could come from somewhere in previous versions but this is not the case that I can tell.
I have deleted every other file, and in the where used, nothing is listed.
This gets very frustrating and wastes considerable time.
Anyone else having this issue? or have a solution?
