Can't create new project folder

I have 5 projects and I can't create new one. This meessage shows up but just half of message. Is there a restriction for students?

We did an order sync and I believe the issue should be resolved.

 

Can you check again and let us know if there's any ongoing struggles?

Hi I have the same problem but only with 2 projects so far.

 

i have already cleared the cache and also the loginstate.xml

 

no joy so i`m stuck now. 

 

my Fusion 360 is one of the free hobbyist/startup licenses

i'm suddenly having the same issue

 

i also am annoyed at how hard it is to get a project to actually HAVE 4 decimal accuracy and keep it....

 

settings don't stay set either

 

love the program, hate that i'm on a help page....

Yes, this worked perfectly for me.  It was my first part ever, and it just kept disappearing the project once I typed it in and hit enter.  So I cleared user cache data, Fusion restarted, and magic, I can creat new projects now.  Confusing, but it worked.
