Can't create a sketch on a planer face?

I am trying to create a new sketch on the floor, which is a planer face, but Fusion won't?

Hi , 

the surface not flat as you see (see the picture below ) 

you must cut it to become flat or use "plane through three points "
or make a plane above it and make your sketch and when you want extrude a sketch use "start from object "

The curves used to create the edges that you then applied a patch to aren't flat/straight.
