Can't create a shield into a T-splkine form

When i try to create a Shell into a T Spline Form, i keep having this error

 

Error: The selected faces could not be offset.
Try adjusting the offset/thickness value or changing the selection of faces.

 

I have tryed the smallest value, it is the same

What does the body look like, can't really give any advice without any information, can you export the part and attach to this thread.

Hello, i really appreciate your support.

I have attached the file corresponding file.

 

Here is also the tutorial i'm trying to achieve :

After having separate the main Body into 3 parts, and offset the 2 smallest grip parts of the Utility knife with the Q offset command, he does the shell which does not work when i do it.
Also, i could not offset the 2 grip parts at the same thickness as in the tuttorial, i don't know why. Both problemls are probably linked...
