Hey Adam, I havce the same issue. It happens to any of my designs. Not sure why. Personal licence.
@culiuc.ruslan and @adamodry can you see the editable files in the left side panel? If you can't see it, you can try the ones in this link. Can't you open just one file or are there problems with all files?
I was able to find a workaround.
The way to do this is to select the file from the "Open (cmd/ctrl+o)" menu bar and open it.
@Bunga777
THANK YYOU VERY MUCH, this worked for me too.
@mufuoIn my case I can see the folders and documents. It applies to al document, including if I create a new one, i then close it, and reopenning it sends me to hub.
Resetting cache and software reset (help -> support and diagnostichs -> clear cache data +( service utility -> reset fusion 360 ) did not help.
I was signed in with a different account recently (and I THINK: I imported a file from that account). This is the only thing i've done different in the last years.
Will look around for the reason of this issue. I'm happy that I can open my designs.
Thank you for you help guys.
thank you a lot . that works for me
thanks
Unfortunately, there may be problems with Fusion 360 cloud servers in cases such as different account logins. It's been 2 days waiting for my files to sync.
Thank you. It is working.
I'm using the personal version and see the same.
My Editable Documents lists 2 of 10 (correct) but opening that list doesn't show anything.
If I navigate to a file, double clicking or right click and Open redirects to the website. Only the suggested Ctrl-O will open a file. Everything worked fine last night.
I tried the Service Utility and a full reinstall with no difference.
So, what has changed?
Hey Adam, by any chance have you done any renders or used a different account on your machine?
I reinstalled autodesk. Cleared cached files and folders mannualy and thru tools as best as I could, allowed fussion thru firewall, cached all my projects and nothing seems to be working.
can you remember anything that you done different please? this will help pinpoint the issue a lot.
thank you.
It just happened last night. I didn't do anything weird, just modeling yesterday.
My friend does not have this problem but he is not often using Fusion.
I have just tried reinstall.
But Bunga has already answered. Open project via File option or ctrl/o.
Yes, @Bunga777 is a savior for sure, however it would be nice to be able to open the file as normal.
Still, you provided a good information, that your friend is not using it that oftn. So, maybe it's due to the ammount of projects/designs.
or it might be a issue on Autodesk servers, or something simillar.
Thanks
The issue should be resolved after re-starting Fusion. Please confirm.
Restarted Fusion 360 and seems to be working again.
There was a delay before I could see images of the designs in the Data Panel but eventually that seems to have caught up.
