Can not open Fusion, missing file rcge221.dll

I am unable to open Fusio360 on my computer. I get an error message can not open fusion because it can't find file RCGE221.dll

I have restarted the computer.

Uninstalled Fusion360.

Reinstalled fusion360

two times. 

And I keep getting the same message.

Help!

 Sorry you are having this issue.  In order to fix your issue, you will need to do a clean uninstall and then reinstall.  The directions can be found here:

Hey Thanks for that message, 

I followed your steps but couldn't find the remaining program files listed below. I keep getting the same error message. Can those files be saved somewhere else?

Hi @Gabrieltaft ,

Sorry it has taken me so long to repond.  For some reason I did not get an email when you replied.  The most critical directory to delete is :

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy.  Do you have a directory with that name?  If so, please delete it and then try to re-install.
