Hi everyone, i have a problem today. I'll explain and hope someone could help.

After create parting surfaces and get its all stitched. I run boundary fill command but after selecting the surfaces body, fusion popup error

"Error: There was a problem combining geometry together.
If attempting a Join/Cut/Intersect, try to ensure that the bodies have a clear overlap (problems can occur where faces and edges are nearly coincident)."

i tried many time but nothing change. I attach its here and hope some one could help me.

Thank you.

Do you have a big circular hole in the center of your splitting tool, or do you have a hemispherical patch closing the hole?

Are all of your sketches fully defined?

I dont know what you mean, but i can not constraint 3d curves. Could you check the model for details?

I didn't spend a lot of time checking all of the geometry - but if I cut into your part I see internal voids that in my experience might cause issues.

I would also expect to see a zero offset surface to close this hole.

Thank you for replying. I think this problem is not caused by the body, because when I use boundary fill command, just select the square box and one of the surface body and the issue appears without touching the model body at all.

I'm pretty sure it's caused by the surface body but I don't know why
