Can I curve this model?

I am trying to curve this hook right here 90 degrees on Fusion 360, but I don't know how to. Can someone please help me? I use Windows 10.

Cut the blue piece out of the body, 

Rotate either end 90 deg.

Sketch a new centreline and use Pipe tool, or Sweep tool to join them back to together.
