Can anyone suggest on this Loft Rails issue

Hello everyone

Sorry to bother you with this very basic question but I've stuck on this step for 2 days, checked and re-draw the profiles and Rails many times but I still got this warning dialogue, When I start a new model and only draw random 3 faces and rails it worked, but whenever I came back to this model it just can't let me. Based on the message Fusion said the issue are always intersection of non monotonic, which I checked many times....Can anyone please kind enough to show me where I did wrong? Thank you.

Hi

Fusion told you exactly what needed to be improved.

Make sure you have defined all sketches correctly.

Hi! There are multiple ways to do this. I believe Full Round Fillet offers the easiest workflow. Please take a look.

Really appreciate to the feed back and full demo, I have to say it really blew my mind. Never thought of using the face cut as a solution, this really helps a lot!

Sometimes even those error messages looks clear but when I stuck on the same routine, even I checked many times and re-do, all I got was the same error. After this video I realized there were indeed many ways to do that, so thank you very much! I really appreciate.

Thanks for the advice and for the model. Sometime the simple way is indeed the best way, I'll keep that in mind. 😅

Hello TheCADWhisperer, thanks for the fixed model, I noticed you (recreated?) the faces and rails I tried but all problems solved!  In your way I saw you face split the body for both body, It was very obvious this was very important part but I was unable to know why. May I know why is the split make the result so different?

@raymond_lin

I use Faces rather than Sketches whenever possible.

More options.
