Camera/control preferences stopped working

I've been using Fusion for around 6 months now and I absolutely love it, except it does have a few pretty frustrating bugs.  The biggest problem I've had is over the past month, often when I would open Fusion it simply wouldn't load my camera/control preferences and would revert to solidworks style controls as standard, which are borderline unusable.  No amount of reloading the program or re-changing the settings in the preference tab would fix the problem, and I would just have to close the program and wait around an hour before re-openning it, and then everything would be fine.  This has been happenening more and more recently and is obviously super frustrating, as I can't efficiantly model ANYTHING with solidworks controls.  Any feedback would be greatly appriciated, thanks.

To be clear:

You open Fusion and sometimes it has the right preferences.

You open Fusion and sometimes it's wrong.

You reset preferences and this works for some time, then fails again.

Is this correct?

• Can you tell me what OS you use?
• What is your network speed like?
• Do you use two different machines to run Fusion?

Sounds like you might be losing your preferences somehow. Can you switch the environment to something very different from Photo Booth, like Dark Sky. If this resets to Photo Booth when you see your issue, that means something.
