Calculate interior volume

I need to know the interior volume of a box shape.  I have seen references to "Fluid Volume", but I can't find it anywhere.  I have the personal version of Fusion, so maybe this feature is not in my version.

I've attached my file.

I'm trying to create an interior of 14.79 Millilitres.

You are a bit low.  You did not say which dimension you are going to change to get the volume you need but it is a simple math problem once you have the initial inside volume.  The video will show this.  The body I created to get the volume will change automatically as you change your original sketch dimensions.  Get rid of it when you are finished. 

Edit: This can also be set up to do with parameters but for a one off, it is not worth it.
