I am not sure why there is a sketch overconstraint warning - should not be here isnt it?

Thank you for sharing. This appears to be working as designed, but the complexity of the sketch make troubleshooting a little more challenging. There is a vertical/horizontal constraint that is the reason for the over-constrained warning. See the screencast below for a better explanation of the issue.
