Thanks for binging this out. I can reproduce the problem and have reported it to the development team for a solution. (Tracking ID: FUS-18705)
Based on my investigation, it seems to be related to the intersection point shown in purple. There are some problems during update. The dimension missing only happens once. It means, as a workaround, if you add them back after this issue happens, it will never happen in downstream update.
