[Bug Report] Fusion Freezing On Design Annotation

Hi everyone,

I think I found a consistent, repeatable bug in Fusion 360 today.

I was working on a drawing of a design, and when I made an annotation of a certain part of the drawing, Fusion froze and the Windows laoding circle started up next to the cursor (Fusion's "crash tell" :p) and became unresponsive.

Oddly enough, I never received a "this application is not responding" type of dialog box, and the screen didn't gray-over like it usually does when Fusion crashes. Instead, I can no longer open the window itself once it is minimized (ie. clicking on the taskbar doesn't bring up the application window) and I cannot close it through the taskbar. It's unresponsive, but hasn't actually crashed.

So, I checked Windows Task Manager, and the "vitals" don't seem to be changing - 0 CPU usage, unchanging RAM usage.

I then selected "Analze Wait Chain" and found this:

"One or more threads of Fusion360.exe are waiting to finish Network I/O."

I force quit the app through Task Manager, reopened, and repeated the exact same steps as before, and (luckily) got the same result! So at the very least, it's a repeatable bug.

I'll attach the files. Also, here is the public link to the model: http://a360.co/1KIz3aL

The process I went through:

1) Right click the file in the data panel, click "Create Drawing from Design"

2) Fill out the Project box with some info

3) Create an Isometric NW view of the model and put it in the Project box window

4) Create a Front Base view

5) Create a Top Base view

6) On the Top view, annotate the dimension from the top of the RF connector thread to the bottom of the thread (should be 0.25")

7) Left click or press Enter

8) Crash

It's not a big problem for me, I can easily work around it. I'm just glad I
was able to repeat the bug and document it. They're usually very elusive
and hard to pin down

Thank you for the reply!
