Bug? - mysterious construction lines

I've noticed on a couple designs now that I end up construction lines that I did not specify. 

See attached drawing. They always seem to be along the origin axis's. In this case, there is a rather long

construction line extending along the X axis to the right. Where did this come from?

Most likely this came from typing in an angle dimension as you were drawing a line.  Editing that sketch, I can see that there is a dimension referring to this construction line:

When you are drawing a line and you specify a dimension, Fusion has to have something from which to specify that angle, so it adds a construction line.  Here's a short screencast showing this line being created:
