Bug: Center Diameter Circle tooltip says that RADIUS is the parameter

Center Diameter Circle is looking for a diameter as its parameter, but the description for the tool says (twice) that it needs a radius.

I see this bug in 2.0.1633.

When I Press/Pull a sphere it asks for radius, but the entered number affects the diameter.
