Bug? Can't create tangents to offset lines

Hi,

As the title suggests, i can't make the circle in the screenshot below tangent to the offset line (which is the bottom one). Is this a bug, intentional behaviour, or am i missing something obvious?

Can you File>Export and then attach here the *.f3d file that exhibits this behavior?

Sorry it's confidential design work, so i can't share the file. It's not really an issue for me, i just thought i'd highlight it....

Can you reproduce the issue in a simple file that does not have any proprietary information?

If the issue cannot be reproduced - it is more difficult to get it corrected.

Try selecting the offset line.

Right click to bring up the context menu.

Click on 'Fix/Unfix'.

You should now be able to set the circle tangent to the offset line.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately this doesn't work...

I've reproduced the behaviour in a simple sketch, which i've attached. The line in sketch 2 is an offset of a spline (i'm not sure whether this being a spline is relevant) that is projected from sketch 1.

I can create a coincident to the offset line, as shown by the second circle, but i can't create a tangent between the first circle and the line....
