BSPP thread cam parameter

Hello Forum,

althoguh I am success to metric threadmilling with the support NYC CNC's youtube video,

I never success to BSPP 1/2" or above female threadmilling yet since the male parts cannot screw into it.

would someone share what is the correct value for "Pitch Diameter Offeset" for BSPP thread (55 degree) ?

I found the answer for myself, BSPP the cut off height  H/6.

So, the calculation would be "major - minor + cutoff".

however, Fusion hold command looks not perfectly match with BSP spec drill size recommendation. it always littble lower than the BSP drill size recommendation.
