I need to add a stitch command to make it solid ... but why?

Hi @cekuhnen
Are you able to share the design?
Boundary Fill works best when surfaces have a bit of overlap. Sometimes it can encounter problems with surfaces that are 'just touching', whereas Stitch will take care of just-touching conditions by connecting any edges that meet within your specified tolerance.

@jakefowler The boundary fill is done by using two surfaces that are overbuild well - so overlapping a lot.
That is why I am curious why this does not make a solid when it is a closed shell.

Thanks for the file! I can see the issue. We are technically making a clean solid, but the browser doesn't seem to reflect that. If I roll back to the Boundary Fill feature, Edit it, and click OK, it shows up as a solid. But then moving the timeline marker again reverts it to a 'surface' in the browser. So there's definitely something fishy going on - we'll look into this one.
Much appreciated,
Jake

@cekuhnen I downloaded your file to see how you were using the Remove feature. If I try and edit the loft I get an error and if I just open the file and run Compute All the loft gives an error, am I missing something or is there a problem in the file.

@HughesTooling The loft code is not really good.
Oddly my file checks fine also in the loft command I don't get the error

In the file I downloaded the tangency weight for both profiles was set to 2.5, setting the 2nd profile to zero cleared the error, anything but zero for the second profile seems to fail.
Anyway here's an edited version without the unstitch or the removes, I just used Delete in the patch workspace. Is it any different to what you where after?

So here's something weird, the hotkey for compute all (ctrl+B) doesn't work. But if I select it from the menu it works and flags the loft with an error.
I'm on a PC with Windoes 10 if it matters.

@cekuhnen Here's the file I downloaded, does running compute all give you any problems using this file. I wonder if the download\translation is the problem.
