Body splits when sketch diameter is changed

Hey guys, first post here on my first project.

I'm designing a projectile, and tried to define lengths and diameters as functions so I could scale the projectile as needed.

However, when I edit one sketch in particular, MortarMainTubeDiameter, to be anything above 37.55mm, my projectile body (mortar) splits into two bodies, which cannot be combined back together! They are seemingly adjacent

Here is a my design: http://a360.co/2wZa9Gi

I would appreciate any advice!

I'd say there is a bug in Fusion 360 at play.

@James.Youmatz maybe you can check this out. When I change the diameter as described into say 50mm the combine tools shows up in red and returns an error. Just editing the timeline item and clicking the OK button fixes the situation. that should not be necessary.

Try this.

-Change the mortor tube diameter to something like 66mm.

-Roll your time line back to just after the last combine (the one in the red state because it failed)

-look at the model from the bottom.

The extrude cut you made with sketch 22 causes the morter section to be to thin to be connected to the tail after you get over a certain diameter.  Changing the diameter in sketch 22 to something smaller will fix it up (though that might not match design intent)

nix that, got lost in the time line, thought that combine was doing something else.  oops.
