Word BODY, not Sketchup dimensions

I tried to switch from another application, but the fact that you never know the size of body or component and accordingly you will never be able to scale it to the exact size, makes me despondent. What kind of accuracy can we talk about, why is fusion needed at all if only sketchup has dimensions?
