Hi,

I know this problem has been posted several times before, and you posted some great help in fixing it.

Except it didn't work. Now, I have solved the issue, but I just wanted to help and share some more insight.

The usual fix when encountering a black panel is to force both fusion360 and adcefwebbrowser.exe to run on the dedicated graphics card. I did this, and the problem persisted.

Then I reinstalled fusion360, problem persisted. Got a python35.dll error. Added the dll (shady, I know), and this seemed to fix the small update problem to the newest version I had. After an error message telling me it didn't work.

Triple checked that everything was let through windows firewall.

Reinstalled graphics card driver.

Now, here's the kicker. I was getting a bit frustrated, so, why not? I forced adcefwebbrowser.exe to run on the integrated graphics, and voila. Data panel is working again.

Specs:

AMD R7 M265

Intel HD 5500

W7 64-bit.

You guys are great, thanks for the help! Here is another fix if it happens to someone else again. Do tell if you want more information. Attached the streamer.exe error log.

Sorry to hear you ran into this again (and previous fixes didn't work).  Your suggestion will be helpful for others if they stumble into the same situation, but i'll also make sure the team digs into this.

I was giving up on running Fusion on my laptop (HP probook4530s with AMD Radeon 7400M) but I tried this solution and worked like a charm!

Thanks Maria.

Yep, that worked for me too.

Changing Fusion360 to run on Intel HD 520 graphics solved the problem.

You'd think the AMD card in my Dell laptop would be the best to run a CAD program, but apparently not.
